I saw THIS layout on Capturing Magic that Stephanie created with paper scrapping. I knew it would be perfect for this challenge! I love how it turned out! So much fun!!

where did you get your world of color cut out?
It was a free Word Art by Brittish Designs on her blog, called the Baby You're a Firework Add-On. I just added it as a Brush in my program and then cut out the paper with it.
